Tara attempts to visit Otto several times, in order to convince him to reverse his statement and shut down Romeo's RICO case on the club. Although Otto recants his statement, he murders a nurse with a cross which belonged to Luann that Tara brought to him,Sons of Anarchy Seasons 1-7 DVD making Tara an accessory to murder. Clay discovers the truth about RICO and tries to secure protection for himself with Romeo, warning him that Jax will try to destroy their leverage. Romeo suggests Clay retake the President by removing Jax, but Clay refuses and instead tries to convince Jax.However, Jax does not yield and attempts to secure a relationship between Romeo and Henry Lin in order for the Chinese to secure weapons to the cartel. When Juice finds the documents and is about to show this proof to the club, the cartel kidnaps Jax,Sons of Anarchy Seasons 1-7 which buys Clay enough time to secure the documents.
